Serene Condominium is located between two of Phuket's most popular beaches - Surin and Bang Tao.

Making the Building Green(er)

- The outside wall of the buildings are covered with climbing Ivy and plants hanging of the balconies, heat-isolating the Building which reduces the need for air conditioning while giving a green and calm esthetics.

There are 7 types of apartments in our condominium. Apartments types A1, A2, and B3 are equipped with transformable furniture, and the first-floor apartments have direct access to the pool. There are also three types of one-bedroom apartments; two bedrooms are provided for families; and just one exclusive penthouse with three bedrooms adds to the project premium.
